This is possible to achieve by following various techniques and creative and positive thinking.

It is true that sometimes practicing London yoga can be very difficult, but this is not a reason to discourage or give up. A lot of mental will and physical strength is required, so every follower must be steady, patient and dedicated. Such determination is not easy to effect and maintain, but once it is done, the forthcoming results will be promising, auspicious and long-lasting.
